VK Innovations warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty of the product. This warranty applies only if the product is used as recommended. The warranty does not apply if damage to the product is inflicted by, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, fire, vandalism, alteration, improper installation, or Acts of God.

VK Innovations shall not be liable for any incidental and or consequential damages including but not limited to, damage resulting from the use or installation of the product. Fading of paint or material coloration differences are not covered by this warranty. All custom applications including colored carbon fiber/Kevlar hybrid material, carbon fiber wrapping, custom fiberglass and all other unique component or modification sales are final.

Please inspect the product when received to ensure that its condition is satisfactory. If there are any issues and or concerns with the product please contact us immediately, all issues and or concerns with the product must be resolved before attempting to install. By installing the product it verifies that it has been received in acceptable condition, and may limit the extent to which warranty if in fact any may be claimed on the product.

Product that is proved to be defective will either be repaired or replaced at the VK Innovations option. This warranty only covers the cost of repairing or replacing the defective part. The warranty does not cover any and all costs for removal, re-installation, painting, shipping or any other incidental charges.
